| ** UPDATE ** Ted won his age group at the recent 2011 Broad Street Run! Congrats, Ted! |
This is Ted, my running hero, who is a bit camera shy! He raced the 2008 Broad Street Run 10-miler in 61 minutes and finished in the top fifteen of his age group.
Saw him at the gym on a Spin bike during our lunch break today. He hasn't been running much due to knee issues. No worries, he says, as the first corporate race is months away.
